nicholas cifuentes-goodbody & there is no such thing as dry heat

Nicholas Cifuentes-Goodbody is associate director of the language center at the University of Southern California. Prior to his position, he lived in Qatar as a professor of translation studies. Nicholas talks about how the underlying foundations of education are different in parts of the world such as the pace of education. USC is overviewing proficiency tests, where they are collecting over several years to view the proficiency of spoken and written language.
